Player lives in another hockey zone wants to play in Enoch

Parent to Complete Transfer Form

Fill out Player movement and process form, attach letter as requested on the from and give the form to the ECHA Registrar.

Parent to Complete Registration Form

Once Registrar notifies Parent of Successful transfer, Parent is required to complete an ECHA Registration Form and a hockey canada medical form and submit to ECHA Registrar.

Parent to Pay Fees and Sign Up For Team Communications

Once Registrar notifies Parent of Successful Registration, Parent is to pay fees as per the payment schedule and communicate with team on TEAMSNAP APP (Parent will receive an invitation).

Moved Player

Player moved to Enoch / Edmonton area and wants to register in Enoch

Parent to Complete Parent Declaration

Fill out Parent declaration form and email a copy to the ECHA Registrar. (This Declaration will establish your new hockey zone with Hockey Alberta)

Parent to Complete Transfer Form OR Registration

A) If Player has moved outside of Enoch, they need to complete a Transfer Form 1st (From their new hockey zone to Enoch) then the Registration Forms 2nd. 

B) If Player has moved to Enoch, parent can fill out registration forms immediately.
